So glad to say it is the weekend! I am hoping Brian doesn't have to work nearly as much this weekend as he did this week. We had a good night tonight. We celebrated Brian and Mary Kay's birthdays with a wonderful meal. We had steaks, baked potatoes, corn on the cob, deviled eggs, acini de pepe salad, bread, stuffed mushrooms, and pound cake for dessert. Tonight was a night of small portions! We now have leftovers for the weekend. Happy Birthday Brian and Mary Kay!
My goal this weekend is to transfer video from the camcorder to the computer and onto the blog. Wish me luck. Have a great weekend!
